It had been a few years since I’d had a pizza from here, and always remembered how good it had been. Stopped by a few weeks ago and was I disappointed. The pizza was awful. Crust so thin that it was overdone, and tasted like cardboard. Pizza didn’t have much flavor at all. C’mon Papa John’s, you can do better!

Just 2 issues….ordered 20oz sodas, got 2 Liters instead and delivery was very clearly marked as No Contact but driver, who was very nice and polite, knocked on the door. (Dog, lots of barking, ensuing chaos…hence the No Contact delivery request) I just want them to read the receipt and follow what’s on it. This isn’t the first time this has happened. The food was completely correct and tasty as always.

The last two times I have ordered pizza here they have made it wrong both times. The first time I called to get it fixed I was talking to the person who made it. He said he made it right. He did not. Driver that came back confirmed he did not. Just ordered again and they messed up the order again. I am not even calling to tell them because of my last experience. I learned my lesson. Just do not order pizza from here if you are expecting what you ordered.

Just ordered from this location and the pizza was NOT cooked all the way through the wings were still ice cold and got charged 3 times…. Needless to say I won’t be ordering from here again…. So disappointed for $42 and had to throw it all away

Horrible service. Figured I would give them a second chance after the first time … You call in to some call center that speaks in a foreign language… Tells you your pickup time is 15 minutes, only to get there and the girl is the only one working and has not even put the cheese on our papadias yet… Says it will be an additional 10 minutes. And proceeds to tell me that the customers “are really trying her patience tonight” umm no problem …we will continue to go to Domino’s from now on who I can order from in 10 minutes and have it delivered hot and steaming every time…
