Hands down the best chicken sandwich I’ve ever tasted. Crispy, crunchy, juicy and perfectly seasoned. The mac & cheese isn’t gooey cheesy but it’s good nonetheless. The staff is friendly, professional and efficient. There are plenty of indoor seats in a nicely clean dining area.

garlic cheese bites were not the same as advertised all over their instagram and as seen in other posts. why bother having them available to order if you’re not getting what’s advertised? pretty disappointing. chicken sandwich was fine, sauces were great. their menu is very different so it’s worth giving another shot.

This place is phenomenal!! The chicken sandwiches were amazing. We tried the classic with hot honey and the baco-mac. Both were delicious and juicy and soooo crispy. This is the crispiest chicken sandwich I’ve ever tried. The sauces are delicious too, we tried the hot honey and coop sauce, both were great choices. The cheese curds were sooo good, so flavorful with the addition of garlic in them. This spot deserves all the hype and is such a great spot to know about for some delicious eats. The staff is super friendly, welcoming, and accommodating. Thank you and can’t wait to come again!!

From the moment you walk into Rubys Coop youre greeted by a staff of friendly enthusiastic employees, The atmosphere is bright, inviting and colorful. The list of choices is simple yet creative with a good variety of different chicken sandwiches. After a few moments of thinking I chose the Baco-Mac sandwich, Cheese Curds and Popcorn chicken. All of which were made to order, and came out piping hot. The coop sauce on the Baco mac was perfectly flavored and not overpowering. The breading on the chicken was perfectly crispy and flavorful as well. The popcorn chicken was juicy, tender, and crunchy. The cheese curds were also flavorful, crunchy and the cheese was perfectly melted on the inside. I will definitely be coming back to Rubys Coop once they are officially open!

The general manager, owner and workers are awesome here. They always strive for excellence in their food and service. The tenders and popcorn chicken are absolutely amazing. Their bbq sauce is fire also. 10/10 recommend this is an awesome spot.
