We broke down near Williamsburg and the repair shop suggested lunch here while we waited. We had a delicious lunch including adult beverages. This place is also great for families with both indoor and outdoor seating next to the Cumberland River. I recommend the catfish!

We always stop at G&E when we are in Williamsburg. We like the atmosphere and looking out over the Cumberland river while we are there. Now they have live music on Saturday nights which we are looking forward to. The food is great and the service is fast and friendly. The fried pickles, onion rings and Rudy burger are a must try!

They were so nice, kind, and accommodating to us when one of our kids got sick there. (Eww, sorry!) But their response and the customers were so gracious and helpful. We got our of there in a hurry for our own sake but wish we could’ve stayed and eaten the delicious food while it was hot, and while we were sitting with a nice view of the river.

Had a terrible experience there server was not experienced and was into his phone and not his job. No drinks with our food, didn’t get them till about after the food was served. Food was salty it all tasted like salt. The only thing that was good was the view. I didn’t get my money’s worth with just a view. The customers all around us had the same results. This used to be a great restaurant.
