As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

I love Rally’s. Not sure what’s going on but things there have been going downhill. The sandwiches I’ve got there never looked this bad before (Supposed to be a Big Buford.) To top things off, they never gave me a receipt so customer service was no help. I’d like to go back but not if I get the wrong food and can’t have my order fixed.

There was only 2 vehicles in front of me and I waited for 15-20 to get to the window. Then I had to repeat my order that I had given to an automated person. The young person that on me wasn’t rude but they acted like they really didn’t care if I got my order or even if it was correct. The price of food there has really went up too. It has everywhere I know but I used to think of Rally’s as a great buy.

Fishing With The Hillbilly and Rosa Lee
We were absolutely blown away by the Amazing late night experience we had here just a couple nights ago. We were coming off the river super late and as usual we were starving. It was 2:45 a.m so we really had no expectations other then just getting food. Man were we in for a treat. From start to finish we received Top Notch service. The 2 younger guys working were very upbeat, fun and yet very professional. They almost seemed to actually enjoy their job. They had to of made all our food fresh because when they brought our food out to the truck it was all warm and the fries tasted like they had just came out the fryer! I mean even the Fountain drinks were on point. I know this is a lengthy review but it’s very rare these day’s to go anywhere and get the all around customer experience we all only wish for during normal hours lil alone late-night hours. I don’t know if this was just a fluke experience or if it’s a normal one at this location I just wanted to commend those young men and let our appreciation be know.

Hours were confirmed a week ago according to google, but showed up at 2am after work and was rudely told “we closed go on” by an employee at 2:18am on 3/31/2023, which is a Thursday when they’re supposed to be open until 3am. I love rallys, but this was unacceptable and, I can’t return to this location again. One customer may not make a difference in a city this big, but I feel like my money is worth more than how I was treated this morning after my shift. It was well before closing time on Google which, again, was confirmed a week ago according to the banner under the hours when you search it up.
