The food & coffee was better than it has been. The workers are professional. The seating & atmosphere was so much better years ago. The one thing that is very bad is if you need ketchup, a napkin etc… you have to stand at the counter & wait & wait until there is no one on line. This is bad for business. We are in Carmel not NYC. Every single time I’ve ordered ahead with the McDonalds app they’ve been unable to find my order despite being given the order number and my card having already been charged.
