They finally got my order mostly correct and the people at the drive thru were very nice and polite. The only problem was my wife only eats the legs so I ordered an 8 piece with 6 legs and 2 breasts but received a regular 8 piece bucket. So my wife only got 1 leg for dinner and I ordered 2 mashed potatoes as my sides and got corn and coleslaw.

I have never been to a place of business as disgusting as this location. I placed a order through drive thru, had to go inside to get my order fixed. As I waited for my food inside I noticed roaches crawling on counter and where the food itself was, employees were sleeping all over the dining tables. Everything about this place made me want to leave a review. Please please please have this place inspected and cleaned. As someone who loves KFC this is unacceptable and would like to see improvement.

Placed an order and they ring it incorrectly, when they gave me the order instead politely and appologize that the cashier made a mistake, was a rude attitude saying ” you have to pay for it” just asked for a refund and was because poor customer service. This place closes at 11 but stop taking orders and cleaning up at 10. If you close at 10 please change the open time from 10:30-11 to 10:30 to 10. To make it worse I tried placing an order at drive thru and no one answered I pulled up to the window to ask if they were closed and got an attitude from the worker asking if I wanted to order after hearing me place an order at the speaker and ignoring me

Chicken was tough, dry and looked like it had been cooked for a long time. While waiting for our order inside, every customer who placed and order had to go back up to the counter after getting there order because the workers had left something out. I always go through my order right there whether they like it or not. A the biscuits were in little pieces (looked like they had scraped the pan). It will be a while before we go back. Thank you.
