Nukkad remains one of the few places in the RTP area that serves great chaat. The place has great service and a lot of options. The dhoklas and masala chai are a must try. As a group of 3, we also ordered a couple of chaats like Raj Kachori Chaat and Aloo tikki chaat – the kachori was a bit disappointing because it tasted like a big puri instead and was old. Would visit again but will try other dishes.

This place serves the best North Indian chat style food in the area. You need to order at the counter yourself;Food is served at your table. Food is flavorful and we enjoyed it thoroughly. Dahi poori, Bhelpuri, Schezwan noodles are our favorites. We go there often with family and always enjoy our experience fully.

We ordered dahi puri, which is very flavorful. For Entrees, we ordered chicken hakka noodles and chili chicken. I expected indian street side Hakkah noodles, but these are totally different, but taste wise okay. I was completely disappointed with Chili chicken. That is totally different flavor, and even the chicken pieces don’t taste good. We had desserts Rajbhog and chamcham, which are good.

Every person who has tried Indian street food (esp chaat) becomes a huge fan. Not everyone can make a good chaat & m so glad I found Nukkad. We had dahi sev puri & chilli cheese paratha and dahi sev puri was yummmmm. Chilli cheese paratha was okay, I guess I should have ordered aloo, gobi or paneer, may be next time. A huge menu to choose from and my husband and I will keep visiting often. The ambience was nice, lots of seating arrangements. Drive through for order pickup is available which is a good idea. Couple of weird things – no one was at the counter to take the order or others who were moving around didn’t acknowledge saying someone will be right with you. After some time a guy who was busy on his phone chat came over & punched the order and went back to the couch without giving the receipt or saying to pick the silverware from the other side of the wall. They were out of paper napkins and the silverware holder on the table was unclean and kinda empty. Hope the management takes care of these small things.

I was impressed with the quantity of the platter with Chole and paneer sabzi along with rice but I was little disappointed with the Kulchas. They were stuffed with paneer but just for the sake of it and the kulcha was bit chewy and dry as opposed to being soft and buttery. The accompaniments were good in taste although.
