This place was recommended, so first time trying it. Sooo many things went wrong! I’ll begin with how I placed an order for pick up and the order still wasn’t ready when I got there, in the time that was given by them. WHO doesn’t know what chicharon de pollo is, or even worst chicharon de cerdo?????? I asked for chicharon de pollo and got 1/2 of a rotisserie chicken chopped into tiny pieces!!

LOVEEE the food. But they claim to never have pechurina (chicken tenders) anymore. I call almost everyday and they have an attitude when I ask. New management is very rude. It’s a shame because I love their food, and recommend to everybody I know. I spend a lot of money here you figured they would be nice to regulars. Old Management knew our names when we called and always gave us what we wanted (pechurina)

The worst place to eat in reading pa the chicken was old .. The service was so bad no ketchup for the fries… very on professional. I work in restaurant 20 year and I know when a deep fryer oil needs to be changed. Don’t waste your money I think the customers that go there are ..Probably are stone they can’t tell the difference. lol

Chicken be on point.Nice spot when u go to them hookah lounges,and wanna eat after a night of dancing and partying,which I do neither of.Seems like they either have old grease going on in there because it smells like overcooked food,or the air ducts need cleaning.It gets packed,and the people act ignorant. Uncivilized. Gotta be quick to get what u need and go.Only discomfort is that crowd of drunk people,but food okay.
