My favorite Park City restaurant! Food, service and ambiance are fantastic! It’s not a cheap meal but the 6 course prix fixe + welcome drink feels like a value for what you get. Portions are surprisingly generous too. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

The Nelson Cottage by High West was by far the greatest dining experience me and my wife have had probably ever. The staff has such great knowledge and is willing to help in any way possible. The food was exquisite and the family style table really brings you out of your comfort zone and aids you in making new friends if only for the evening. It’s comfortable and fun, yet quaint and fancy. If you’re going to do one nice thing in Park City this is it.

when I arrived and saw the menu we were a little nervous because everything sounded very different from what we are used to. but we went with an open mind and what a great surprise a delicious experience each dish with its own flavor and special spices accompanied with a special whiskey great place amazing service really recommended place also really good with kids the really try to make sure my kid love and enjoy the experience too

Wagyu, brocolini, food was top shelf. We don’t drink, but for whiskey makers (High West) they do dinner right. Dinner is fixed, which was new and fun. Nice to all be eating the same foods that are introduced by staff. Unique opportunity, don’t miss it!

We got lucky and were able to get a reservation online. I attached tonight’s menu which was fantastic. I highly recommend ordering the whiskey pairing flight because it’s a big part of the experience. Great service and a unique PC experience.

We had an amazing experience for my husband’s birthday at Nelson Cottage. We love tasting experiences and this one did not disappoint. Every dish was delicious and carefully prepared. We loved the cozy atmosphere of the cottage and the staff was incredibly hospitable.
