For the most part my food was good but skimpy on the toppings and chips considering I had a regular bowl, service was alright, it was a few staff members including the manger that didn’t manage or correct her staff with attitude for whatever reason, service could had been better and the food could had been made better and not skimpy on toppings or chips in my opinion. Updated to response- I never stated I had a good experience at all, I stated everything that went wrong and you made it seem like my experience was good only the company I was with was. But your staff and besides two and manager could had done better job.

Everytime I order from the West Allis Qdoba, I get no meat. I’m half way through this burrito and there’s no meat. I thought maybe someone made it bad and it was all on one side. No, there is zero meat. My wife ordered a steak burrito with this order, and there is no meat in her burrito either. It’s all rice! Wth?

People have such a terrible attitude who work there. I live down the street and just will simply no longer go there after countless terrible experiences with horrible attitudes. The job is not that bad nor is it difficult. It blows my mind that I FEEL like as a CUSTOMER I am inconveniencing THEM. I personally don’t like chipotle as much, but this qdoba has officially lost my business , so chipotle it is.

The customer service was terrible. The girl making our food kept rolling her eyes, huffing and was getting angry because I couldn’t hear her. I have a lot of understanding for people in food service because they have to deal with people all day. I’m sure that gets exhausting, but the way she treated me was really uncalled for.

We went when they were training two new young people who didn’t speak much English, so service was a little slow, but they were very nice overall. Food is good, the standardized flavor and presentation profile is consistent in this kind of not-quite-fast-food franchise. Clean establishment.

I went to this place and order a chicken quesadilla then I asked the girl if she can make in to a crust quesadilla she rolled her eyes at me and open the grill just threw some cheese all up set and started mumbling with a co-worker looking at me. The quesadilla was over cooked and on my bowl she was asking me with attitude what do I want and was throwing the topping with a really NASTY attitude that food end up on the garbage. I called the manager from home she just said I apologize they don’t care at all. The next day I went to this location to speak to the general manager and it was the same one from the Night Shift I ask her politely if she has a couple minutes to discuss my frustration she told me in front of all the customer men I already told you there’s nothing I can do only talk to my employee with a terrible attitude. Refused to give me any number where I can call. Honestly I go there every week now I will have to travel farther never there. Very sad and poor staff. The manager with black and red hair is extremely rude.

It’s fast food Mexican style a bit overpriced seeing as how there are so many taco trucks out there right now offering a more real authentic food experience. Nevertheless this location has great service and decent food.
