I had the mushroom benedict and it was maybe the best hollandaise sauce I’ve ever had. My husband had the ultimate breakfast sandwich and was very pleased. Good portions and yummy. My only critique is that the home fries were undercooked, almost had a crunch.

Good portions of traditional breakfast. The meat lovers omelet is my goto, stuffed with plenty of meat and sized to hold it all. However, I have one of their waffles on occasion and have never regretted it. The coffee keeps coming and the prices are reasonable. If you find better prices elsewhere you’ll be sacrificing what Diana’s has to offer.

Great little find with classic brunch food in downtown Tilton. Has a breakfast bar and a decent amount of seating. The specials menu mentioned breakfast cocktails though we didn’t end up getting any.
