Service was excellent. My pick up order was finally correct. Have visited Barnwell Pizza Hut several times and been greatly disappointed with the service. I actually changed to another Pizza Hut father away just to get better service. So glad that I gave Barnwell another chance. Thumbs up and kudos to Kianna, Tonya, Javante and Justin. My good was hot, delicious and prefectly cooked. I will be going back to Barnwell Pizza Hut again!!!!

Person who answered phone had no idea what they were doing. Said I couldn’t have pizza delivered because my home address was wrong. Needless to say I had to go pick up my order and when I got back to motel discovered my order was completely wrong!

the customer service was great however I ordered boneless chicken wings and they smelled great until I tasted them! They tasted odd and I realized that the odd taste was the nasty taste of old grease! Needless to say I only ate three and threw the rest away.

If I do could rate it is a zero, I would. The service is horrible. I waited inside over 45 minutes for a pepperoni pizza. They burned the first one. The manager failed to make the second one, so my wait was furthered. Then I received an apology and some bread sticks. Never again.

Ordered the wings. Not worth the money. The bathroom was disgusting! Clogged and nasty toilet, floor was filthy, sink was filthy, no paper towels. Seating area tables were dirty, windows were dirty. Not going back anytime soon.
