I mainly go to this particular DD because Baskin Robins is part of the establishment, and I love their strawberry milkshakes. As far as DD goes, their donuts are okay IF you get them early on. This particular location seems to order small amounts of goods for some reason, and that is why I knocked off 1 star. A good example of this is my own personal story. As I said above, I love the strawberry milkshakes from BR, but they rarely have any strawberry ice cream when I go. It’s like they think the freezer doesn’t need to be stocked. Strange.

Dunkin’ Donuts located in Griffin, Georgia has great service and good food but it could be better. The inside of the store could have been cleaner. The ice cream was incorrectly marked. They blender was broken so no milkshakes. And no soft serve machine available at this location.

*Update 3/3/23 Still problems at this Dunkin. Got avacodo toast around 2:00 today and it was old, brown spots and had been reheated. Tasted horrible. They threw my hash browns in the box with the toast too. Wish I could have gave a nicer update but unfortunately this Dunkin is one of the worst. Every time I come here now there’s a problem.

Dine in service was awful and extremely slow. If I was in a hurry I would have walked out & spent my money elsewhere. There was only 2 customers inside at the time. 3 attendants & all had 1 speed SLOW!! After I finally was able to place my order I was disappointed with the coffee. It tasted like straight chocolate milk. Store was a hot mess as you can see from this photo. To add injury to insult the cashier said they discontinued military discounts.

Trucker here. Wanted 3 dozen donuts to take to warehouse I’m delivering to. 7 pm. Not one SINGLE donut to be seen. Owners need to be made aware. This is the second time I’ve tried in the last month. Was told they’re making donuts now for tomorrow. WTH!?
