we go in at 11:30 12 this nice friday morning to have a late breakfast and had the worst “service” of all time. we sat for twenty minutes before one of the three employees that was sitting down eating mustered up the courage to ask if we were for here or to go.. we asked for two waters and she made them but before she could even bring them to us she had to stand and eat some bacon or something off of someone else’s plate. horrible service wouldn’t recommend

They never cook fully. I ordered sausage and waffle and the sausage wasn’t cook fully and the waffle as well. Never going back here again Boaz Waffle House is so much better. Friendly staff just the cooking isn’t good.

Worst service I’ve ever had! Honestly, I’m quite forgiving when it comes to service industry workers. I’ve been in the food industry for 20+ years. With that being said, our server Ashlynn, was awful. Once she had our drinks down and our order taken she ignored us for 25 minutes, while we were her only table. When we finally got a drink refill she brought an almost empty coffee carafe and split it between two cups…. It wasn’t even a half cup of coffee and it was stone cold. The food was good, thumbs up to the cook. But it also was stone cold. Ashlynn had put in the wrong items and had major attitude when I brought to her attention that some of the food was incorrect. Again she ignored us after dropping the plates and never dropped the ticket. She was standing at the register so I went to ask for it. She occupied herself shuffling papers while…. You guessed it… ignoring me. I’m afraid Ashlynn is in need of ALOT more training or find a job that better fits her personality.

Our waitress was the blonde working at 7 last night. 2/24/23. She brought our drinks took our order. She delivered our food and we had to ask for silverware to eat it. She only brought forks. One had the all star breakfast, one had 2 pork chops and a waffle 2 kids breakfast and one had a sandwich with hashbrown. The waitress didn’t come back to see if we needed anything and how everything was. She wouldn’t look out way when she went to check on the other table. We had asked for mayo. Extra butter and r ranch which had to asked the second time for it. I had to get up to get knifes and spoons. Worse service ever received and will not be back. We will drive all the way to guntersville store. Our bill was like $57.
