So you walk in to a flat wall, no menu, no arrow, just a nice picture of vegetables and pizza. Walk around the corner and we see the counter, no people, no menu. An employee walks up and says hello. We ask, where’s is a menu? He points to it on the counter. So visible. We were interested in the new melts. Not on the menu. Only a picture of it on a side advertisment. So we order and pay, walk to fill our soda cups and with 7 fountains, only 3 have syrup. Pepsi, Diet Pepsi, Lemonade. We get to one of two booths, because half of the dining room is storage, soda bottles, 2liters, warm bags for delivery. Then when our food is ready, they yell our name, could not even delivery our food.

Beyond awful. I understand being busy but this is the cold, greasy, brick of a pizza that was delivered to me (minus two slices sitting aside to show the level of grease) and the burnt and smashed “supremo sandwich”. I live 5 minutes away but couldnt get out and decided on delivery. Never again.

Food not prepared as it should have been. Little sauce on boneless chicken bites and not enough to coat it fully. One of them had a different texture when I bite into it and wasn’t cooked fully.

Order curbside once weekly. Never had any problems until this week. Pizza was horrible, knew something went wrong. Called to complain, manager said I waited 2 days to call. Told him I was away, noticed slices in the trash when I got home.I got mad, he hung up the phone. Person should be reprimanded!
