The lady at the counter took my order and when I got my items, my burger was incorrect. HOWEVER, their good customer service, and good food makes up for the bacon missing in my burger it is always nice to eat at this place

Dinned in and it was a good experience. The place was clean, the staff was nice and friendly. The food tasted so good ! I feel like I could of gotten more onion rings. It can get busy at times, soon as we sat down the whole places started to fill up so wait times could be longer but definitely worth the wait

First time eating at Freddy’s. Been wanting to try Freddy’s for some time now. It was good. It reminds me of Steak ‘n Shake but way better. I ordered a patty melt and it was really good. Their custard is very good. The onion rings were very good. Food came out fast after ordering. Employees were very nice and friendly. The person who took our order was very knowledgeable and helpful. It was very good to see a full staff working and helping customers. Prices were reasonable. My husband and I were very impressed with our visit. Will definitely eat at Freddy’s again.

Burgers are pretty good, a little too thin. Fries are thin and crispy, very similar to Steak n’ Shake. The chili cheese fries are alright. The frozen custard is good, but does not compare to Ted Drews. The workers seem hard working and friendly unlike most fast food restaurants. I’d imagine their hiring process is a little more selective.

Horrible attitude by the staff here. The ice cream sandwiches were solid as a rock. I would have broken my teeth eating one, I nearly did trying to take one bite. The girl at the counter got an attitude and told me they were supposed to be frozen. Time to quit advertising this garbage as this is obviously not how they are supposed to be. I’ve had them for years, they are not supposed to be as solid as a rock. Must be a problem with the freezer or something. There is definitely a problem with the processes at this location. I recommend avoiding it.
