Good service. I ended up coming here because the Postino wait was too long. I was surprised by how good the burger ended up being. Pleasant surprise after the terrible burger I had at Hangar 24 a few weeks ago. Relish and Bourbon BBQ sauce were not my cup of tea at all. Gross.

Wow, there were so many free options to customize my burger!.. With different burger types, like bison, and some cheeses at additional charge. There was so many other burgers, sandwiches, sides, and shakes to choose from. Overwhelmed by the selections available, I decided my first try should just be a margarita and cheeseburger on the regular menu. My burger was perfect medium rare, juicy, and trimmings so fresh. French fries were deliciously crisp and hot. My margarita was Perfect, Perfect, Perfect! The drink price was almost half compared to other OC restaurants, and it wasn’t even happy hour yet… I would have gladly paid more for my perfect drink! The hostess seated me right away, drink came in 10 minutes and lunch at 20 minutes, and manager checked in to see if I was enjoying my meal. Friendly and attentive staff was very good. Definitely coming back to this gem.

A modern burger joint with a wide choice of burgers. The glazed sprouts are superb. Beef Blue burger and Sweet Potato Fries was average and the level of service was rather amateurish… Hence my 3 star review.

I would give a big fat 0 if I could. In from out of town found this place looks good. I sit down at the bar. I’m given a menu not asked if I want a drink and nothing else for 15 minutes I sat there. Filled out my create your own burger and nothing. HORRIBLE service!!! Never got to find out if they had good burgers or not. Only in Cali can a place like this stay in business.

It took nearly 50 minutes to get a burger, salad, and fries and there were barely any other customers. The burger was okay but the fries were stale and cold. The salad was standard but I had asked for no tomatoes and it came with them but there was no way I was going to wait to send it back. The waitress was nice, she couldn’t do anything about the timing, but I wouldn’t return.

The downside to this was parking, the night we went and time the parking lot was a disaster. We ended up parking in the structure which was packed as well due to the attached gym.

I drove a long way in order to get a veggie burger that used to be my favorite (I no longer live in CA). It was on my list of places I needed to go to while we were here. We came in for lunch and when I ordered, the waitress said they didn’t receive any veggie burgers today. I really wish they had let us know upon arrival since that’s all we came for. Also, I thought they made them in-house (or at least they used to?) so I’m not sure where they were being delivered from. I ended up getting a grilled cheese which was really very bad. The bread was so dry it cut my gums. The other 2 in our party enjoyed their food, so maybe this just wasn’t a good day for vegetarians. There were also quite a few fruit flies around, including on the napkins. Was just super disappointed overall.
