Worst experience in Billings. As a frequent visitor of Billings, I’ve tried almost everything and been mostly impressed. Usually I can find the “good”. I started with the Brown Sugar Old Fashion. No cinnamon stick, no orange bitters or brown sugar as advertised. Tasted like cheap whiskey and a smashed cherry. Did the crab stuffed mushroom as a starter. I couldn’t get past the first bite. It tasted like liver. Not sure what was wrong with it, but I wasn’t going to chance food poisoning. Moving to the main, I did the Ribeye but with the toppings of the skirt steak. Outside of the ribeye being lower quality fatty cut (and I love my fat) it was good. Season fine, toppings were overload (which was nice) I ordered med rare came out med, close enough for me. Although I did ask if they cooked to spec and she said yes. I should have ordered rare. Overall redeemed the dinner.

First off the view here is amazing. Absolutely amazing. I’m going to guess it’s the best view in Billings. Food is slightly better than your typical hotel buffet. But only slightly. The service overall is good but not compared to the view of the price.

My wife and I came for a nice dinner and an amazing view. We were seated immediately and our order was placed within five minutes. We got the view and that’s about it… we waited over an hour and a half and still no food. The server was nice but fairly absent. After about thirty minutes she brought us bread and oil dip and after an hour of waiting she offered glasses of wine for the inconvenience but then was never to be seen again. All the while watching plate after plate and platter after platter being brought to a seperate dining area. (Priority people) We left and went across the street to Walkers and were served and excellent dinner from a delightful sever within 25 minutes.

Been here a few times now anytime I’m in Billings for work. This restaurant is wonderful both during the day and night! The views of the skyline from the 20th floor of the doubletree are second to none. Breakfast is great, you can either have a buffet for a flat rate or order a la carte. Dinner is exclusively a la carte. Definitely worth a visit!

The view is nice on a clear day. Steak was delish! Wine selection was limited. Service was very slow. Overall, good for a hotel restaurant.

I ordered a turkey club with chips as a to go order because I was staying in the hotel. The bread was not toasted at all, I asked for chips and got a big heaping pound of cold soggy French fries and no ketchup , salt and pepper, napkins are anything. Had to make multiple trips to just get ketchup for fries I didn’t want. Highly disappointed will never eat nor stay there again. The rooms suck as well
