Went thru the drive thru to try the new chicken nuggets at KFC. Got the 12 piece combo with Cole Slaw to share. The nuggets were surprisingly delicious. The breading was light and crunchy on the edges with the typical KFC spice mix. They were moist, not dry at all for breast meat. Really prepared well. The biscuit was a little dry on the edges but butter turned it around and it turned out good. Cole Slaw was good. The service at the drive window was fast but not friendly. Pretty cold reception. I had to ask for dipping sauces. Other than service the meal was great. I will be back for more nuggets.

Gross. I stay away from KFC in my area because of how poor the quality is. Its like they have no management. Or management that cares about quality. Example: picture below is a 2 peice that looked this exact way when I opened it. Touching it was cold. Idk how you serve cold food at 5 on a Friday. But they do.

Ordered a 12 PC family meal got home no biscuits or gravy,call got them to fix it,but I still had to ride all the way there again. To be handed a small bowl of gravy, then we asked for the biscuits had to wait 10 more minutes. Not going there again

So went to the store on Hillcrest ave. Springfield ohio ordered 8pc family chicken meal and classic chicken sandwich cost me $35. chicken looked hours old and tasted like it as well, mashed potatoes was almost able to be poured out of the bowl, classic chicken sandwich was dry, didn’t receive any utensils to eat with, and no butter or honey was offered or received for the biscuits.. Within 10 minutes of eating ended up with a soured stomach.. And to mention I didn’t receive a receipt… As many bad reviews this place has you would think someone would change something. Making customers happy helps keeps a business open. Change this store or close it…….

I ordered a chicken pot pie had no chicken in it but it did have a chicken bone in it and I ordered a three-piece meal with a chicken breast wing and leg from my husband and the breast was so skimpy it look like a wing.i complained to the clerk about how skimpy it was he said there’s nothing we can do about that. I straight told him this will be the last time I eat here. I didn’t find the bone till I got home and started eating my chicken pot pie or pot pie I should say the only thing that was in the chicken pot pie was the bone, potato, carrots. The service was terrible I stood up there 15 minutes before my order was taken.i even called back to the kitchen and said could I get some service please.

The chicken was the size from a small Cornish hen and looked like it was sitting for 8 hours. The service was poor. The person taking my order did not speak clearly. She got my order wrong and had an outburst at the pickup window. Will never support this KFC again.

Got 14 of the 16 pieces of poorly breaded chicken we ordered. Looked and tasted like it was made ages ago. Mac and cheese was terrible and old also. I should have went to Lees instead. On a good note the fries were good but as a chicken place maybe they shoul focus more on the chicken.

I ordered online and the order went to hilcrest ave in California?? The manager refused to make it right, and refused to refund my money for the additional order I placed in store. So my kids had no dinner with everyone else!! What we did bring home was so greasy, like it got dipped in oil to reheat it or something. I will never go back and encourage everyone else to save your money and just go Lee’s. The food and service are so much better there anyway!
