We called to order by phone. It’s just opened Saturday. 11/13/2021.Leo the Mgr – very nice man. The place looks clean. Plenty of parking.Our order came.We can taste the freshness and Clean oil from the taste of Fried Chickens and Catfish. Make sure to request Hot sauce.(yum)Friendly service. And Will return again.

Scrimps. That’s what I got, I also got the chicken tenders which are huge. The mild sauce is pretty good and everybody there is really nice. What I really liked about the place is how clean it was. I could tell that they work really hard to keep it clean and their food handling skills is supreme. I like watching the guys or girls when they’re cooking and these workers were diligent about cleanliness.

I hope this message gets out to some people that might be traveling looking for a new place to eat, we are very spoiled here in Chicagoland with our cuisine, this is coming from a guy that has lived in Kansas and Iowa as well. Trust me you want to try sharks fish and chicken, the way they cook it is perfect, always extra hot and extra crispy. The lemon pepper is very zingy and their hot sauce is homemade. You can’t get this anywhere else in the country!

Clean store and very friendly staff, but it goes downhill from there. Shrimp wasn’t hot, more like lukewarm and kept having to pull out numerous string type somethings out of my mouth. Fries were okay and banana pudding is more like banana cream fluff.

Just so we understand each other, I compare my Philly Cheesesteak with Sussie’s on Montrose. Having said that. The Philly I got had tomato and lettuce :/ and the boneless wings were a little salty. Fries, were ok. Staff was nice

The food was fresh and hot!!! Leo took out order and was very professional and helpful even going as far to recommend different dinners and family combo meals. The customer service was awesome and the food was the best out here the other place we previously bought from I won’t mention their name was horrible! We’ll definitely be returning there from now on!

Food was good, Fresh but def unseasoned. I’ve had better chicken with lemon pepper and mild sauce.I had to put my own lemon pepper and mild sauce. I think that makes a difference from when the chicken comes right out the grease and seasoning and sauce is applied that way. Kaly at the front didn’t say much and was kind of rude when I spoke to her. Prob won’t go back. Wasn’t anything special

Haven’t tried food yet . just ordered but wanted to write about the service . The cashier has no customer service what so ever . New in the area called to ask what time do they close the lady said 10;00pm it was already 11:05pm so I said you guys close at 10 and it’s after 11 she said yes so I said ok so you not taking order she said yes I am . than said she forgot it was Saturday no big deal but than she placed me on hold and took a lot of order than was talking and forgot it was still waiting . I asked for lemon pepper and mild sauce on my chicken picked it up it was only lemon pepper she said she heard me wrong than proceeded to try and make me pay for mild sauce on it Vs on the side which made no since . She needs training or need a new cashier
