Not a bad thing to say about Noodles & Company. Service was pleasant and speedy. I got the Penne Fresca with Shrimp and it was piping hot the whole time (not that that’s a horrible thing), but it was tasty. I hadn’t been in years, but it was just as I remembered. Love the menu variety.

I was very happy to see that they had a breakdown of nutrition facts for all of their food items. As a diabetic, I am usually concerned about the amount of carbs in the meals I’m eating. Even after ordering something that I thought would be low in carbs they still allowed me to change my order. One of the employees was even able to tell me about the farms that their food comes from.

After driving 9 hours the last thing my sister and I wanted to do was make a choice about food. We landed on Noodles and Company since it was close to our hotel. Noodles were great. Huge portions I felt like compared the the Fargo store I’m used to, so that was a plus! Thanks for feeding some travelers!

We were visiting the area and decided to give them a try. Lots to choose from, even some healthier choices. Very friendly and helpful staff. My daughter didn’t care for her selection, and we were going to purchase a different meal for her but they insisted on just trading it out, as that was their guarantee. That is customer service at it’s best. Nice casual atmosphere and clean. If we are ever back in that area, we’d definitely eat there again!

As a delivery driver I had picked up an order elsewhere 15 minutes before coming here. There were 2 other drivers waiting to pick up orders as well, there were no other customers in the restaurant, as we all waited for them to finish a family came in and one of the employees asked me to move out of the way where I was standing so he could take their order. As the orders were bagged they were just sat on the counter for us to figure it out whos was whose. Unfriendly and in no hurry. Good thing they weren’t busy.

Was really disappointed in this location. My boyfriend and I stopped in for a quick dinner one night and sat in the area near the bathroom. We waited 45 minutes for our food while other people who came in after us were getting their food. Finally after much frustration, my boyfriend went up to the counter to see where our order was, it was ready 30 minutes ago but they couldn’t find where we were sitting at the time. It wasn’t like we were hiding in a corner. We were overly frustrated and starved at that point. Will never be back to this location.

The noodles were good I had the Montamore alfredo with Parmesan crusted chicken. However I got a side of tomato basil soup that look like it had been in the pot for a week and tasted burnt. The soup was actually black not red like tomato basil soup should be . But the place was clean and they have a good selection on the menu

Food was not as good as they used to be when they were noodles and company and now rebrand to noodles world kitchen. We order the Japanese pan noodles with chicken and pasta fresca with chicken. The Japanese pan noodles came out without the chicken and when they added it, it was more saltier. Couldn’t even finished the meal. The pasta fresca tasted okay but over all, its was a bit pricey for $19 for both without drinks. The food was sub par. But excellent service when we asked them to add our chicken.
