I recently went to the red Robin near me, just use the restroom, my little one had to go really bad. The hostesses are so sweet and even give my kids balloons. I wasn’t planning on eating out, because we’re on a tight budget. My oldest started talking about how he was hungry so, I went and checked on my app to see if his birthday voucher was still active (it really pays off to have the app or be involved in some kind of membership, you might have a chance of going to often, especially if it’s free). Sadly, our birthday discount (free kids meal) had expired on 8/23. They do give you a whole month to redeem it,. Although, I did have a $10 off a purchase of $40 or more. My kids both got kids meals, I got the impossible burger and fries, a large sprite and a oreo shake.

Been coming here for years now and it continues to never disappoint. Very affordable that are not only cheap to buy but, so yummy to eat. Not only do the burgers hit you with a kick they also leave you with unlimited fries to boot! With just $11 (if you include the drink!) you could get their cheapest burger which is the haystack tavern double, which comes with two Pattie’s and fried crispy onion fries, completing a whole meal with just $11. 100% recommend here!

I used to love this place, but in the last months, the food is prepared inaccurately. Today, I got a to-go order, and my fries were clearly left over fries that were reheated. The fries were so hard and dry. My patty had no pink, and it was so dry. The amount of mayo is always outrageous, and they never know how to cook an egg. The egg is always overcooked. I’m so disappointed and never returning to this location. It’s not the first time this happens.

This is a place with lots of potential but the tiny things are the ones that affect how you feel. We stopped on our trip for dinner with the kids. We sat at the corner and it was freezing! We asked the staff a few times to take care of it and each time got different answers like they were not sure where the control unit was located, or they couldn’t do that, etc. I just wanted to go outside to defrost. The little computer on the table was without batteries so instead of paying at the table, we needed to look for the waiter for the payment. Well, so easy to fix things like that, I hope they will do that. As for the food, it was good.

Sat us down at a booth away from rest of restaurant patrons, took long time for waitresses to come, took drink orders came back 10 minutes later with no drinks and asked if we were ready to order. She was not pleasant either. I told her we would go somewhere else, she shrugged and said ok. This restaurant was not busy either at 430 on a Thursday. Red Robin sucks at customer service. I’m sure they will respond with a we are sorry. I guess might try them again in 15 years lol. The manager didn’t even want to know why we left. They just waved goodbye. That’s ok, I got a better meal in the food court for cheaper, Red Robin is so negative.

Service was bad! We sat in the bar area and were served by what seemed to be a very unhappy bartender. Not friendly at all and we felt like we were just taking up her precious time. Had to ask for utensils and napkins after our food was served and still had to go up and get it ourselves. Food was good but we will never go back to that location again.
