I despise workers that think they can be slick and take advantage of people because they think a language barrier is an excuse for “making honest mistakes”. I went into this DD for a box of hot Joe and a dozen donuts for a corporate event. The young lady at the register was about to charge me $83 for this and she only corrected it because I asked. She proceeded to overcharge me regardless and I can only assume it was on purpose. She overcharged me for a box of Hot Chocolate instead of Joe which is at least $6 more! Does she think customers are dumb? I complained to her face, was given some $ back from the register, not back on the card I just used and her co worker admitted to me that she is tired of the cashier doing that: acting dumb and over charging people on purpose. NOT OKAY! This place needs management to prioritize morals, consider a new cashier with better listening skills and maybe hire more people for busy mornings because this order took 25 minutes for no reason. Don’t come here and consider shopping at another Dunkin facility !!

I love Dunkin’ but this establishment is poorly managed. The first time I came, the drinks were extremely watered down. The second time I came, 2 employees had a high temper, were on their phone and refuse to take our activated digital coupon from the Dunkin’ App. Our coupon was wasted because they couldn’t scan the coupon and didn’t want to resolve the issue.

One star! Tried to go in and get a donut and coffee and saw a lot of angry customers WAITING as many other reviewers had stated. This is one of the worst or if not the worst Dunkin locations I have ever visited. This location needs to make a wholesale change of staff and their regional management for not changing what is broken. Shame on you responsible management of this franchise location. Lastly, there were suspect characters hanging outside of this establishment as well. How in the hell for White Plains??? It is the 2nd most highest living expense area in the country!!!

They’ve gotten better at making signature drinks, but need to work on prioritizing mobile orders. I purposely check in when I am about 5 minutes away to give them time to have my order ready by the time I get there and still had to wait 10 minutes once I got there despite there being 3 people working. Customers that walked in after me and placed their orders at the register walked out before me.

The Bronx Combat Club
I have to given this place three tries every time I go in there everybody is late to wherever they need to be waiting on coffee and or food. Every single time I am in there and someone does get their Food or drink there is something always wrong with it is the wrong order etc… I finally went in there today this was the last straw I waited 25 minutes with only three people in the place and I still did not get my sandwich as they were fixing another order they messed up on someone’s bagels with butter. It is not because they are too busy I am from the city where they are really busy No other Dunkin’ Donuts has ever been this slack these people either need to be replaced or shut this place down.
