First, walk in. Dirty counter tops where they are making the bowls, guacamole was darkening, and I asked for fresh guacamole. I was told by the cashier that they can not refresh until it is all gone! Really!! She said it’s still good. Ok, commercials don’t state that! Then she forgot my large chips and had to go back to get them and went back out again because they were small chips. Horrible customer service. This place needs better management, and please let me know if all chipotles have this policy? SMH

Came in at 9:30pm 8/28. Rude employees with bad attitudes. 4 people working and no one acknowledged us at the counter. Girl with a long braid ignored us for several minutes until I finally asked if they’re open. She answered yes and continued to weigh the tubs of toppings.. I understand the desire to close early but that’s unprofessional, obviously. Lastly the restaurant itself was filthy.. food all over the floor, meanwhile employees are taking smoke breaks outside and making personal phone calls. Do better.

The most disgusting chipotle around. You can never receive food without someone else’s food choices literally stuck all over the outside of your burrito or bowl. Absolutely horrendous. Even when they aren’t busy, their line is littered with food.

Ordered items for multiple members of our family, including a salad, for pick up. Arrived to find out the order wasn’t ready. After a lengthy wait, I was told they were completely out of lettuce. I asked for my money back and was told they cannot give me a refund as I ordered online and online orders are not refundable. After calmly speaking with the manager, it was determined that there was”nothing they could do about it” so I decided to take my “salad” without the lettuce. Finally, at 8:50 PM, I walked out with my order that was promised at 7:40 PM. Are you kidding me?! As an added bonus, there were errors in our order, and one of the lids was not attached to a burrito bowl inside the to go bag. I feel so sorry for the people who were working at this restaurant! Every person who ordered a salad was being told the same thing. Also, it was still possible to order salads and lettuce on other entrées after I left the restaurant! Fix this Chipotle!!!!

Straight up horrible. Had more sour cream in my bowl than chicken. And the rice wasn’t fully cooked. Tasted like I was chewing on uncooked pasta noodles. I’ve never been so disappointed.
