Ordered in the drive thru, and when we opened our food, it looked as if they forgot to give me two sides of orange chicken, and only about half the noodles. Called and said it looks like they shorted me and I was told that was the appropriate amount of food. Looks to me like they may need smaller containers if they are going to only fill it halfway up.

The food was horrible. We got burnt chow mein. They use to give out samples but I guess they stopped that. I refuse to purchase an entire portion of something that I might not even like. Portion sizes were smaller here than what I’m use to getting from Panda.

I ordered something that was out and was told i had a 5 min wait but it was actually faster than that while also having a huge catering order in the morning. Good job guys, I appreciate the swiftness especially when i had to go straight to work after that.

DO NOT GO TO THIS PANDA. I recently ordered food from there and they messed up my order. I called and asked for it to be fixed. Drove back to have them tell me they won’t fix it. The server Emily was very disrespectful and rude. Very unprofessional. I will be contacting corporate about her and her manager. DO NOT EAT HERE
