These were three friendliest people. I met the original owner and she was awesome. I remember a hoagie spot in Port Hueneme back in the 80’s and it reminded me so much of this place. Well after telling the family, they said it was theirs back in the day. There’s something about the atmosphere and I really enjoyed the food, family business and friendliness they all showed. I’ll definitely go back. Oh, and the food? Just as good as I remembered it in the 80’s, if not better.

Simply ordered a bombed cheese steak sub with a side order of fries and it was $27 dollar’s literally $30 and it wasn’t even that much more steak on top of it , mind u it was with out a drink as well . Never felt so robbed going out to eat in my entire life. this will definitely be my last time coming here

Santa Paula Steak And Hoagie makes a world class sandwich right here in little ole Santa Paula. The sandwiches and fries are outstanding. The owners used to own the Steak and Hoagie restaurant in ventura… and those fries used to be so good there and bring back memories of finishing off a day at the beach with the perfect meal. Fortunately those fries and sandwiches have made it to Santa Paula.

The food is fantastic & the staff was super nice! However, for 2 people it came out to just under $48 for 2 sandwiches, 2 drinks, and 2 fries. The owners really need to figure out some sort of combo meal or some way to cut costs, I can’t justify spending $25/person for lunch. If prices change I’ll happily return, there really aren’t any other good sandwich shops in the area.

I was looking for a hot and hearty steak hoagie and this place has it. Next time I will try it without the marinara, more like Chicago style Italian Roast beef, can’t wait to take one home next time passing through this area for my better half, sure to make a hit especially with those peppers on top.

What a great place. I feel like I’ve been doing coffee all wrong until now. The La Voz pour over (hot) was so flavorful that I could drink it black. Came here for a quick meeting so just had coffee but I’m definitely coming back to try their food items. Also excited to know they serve affogato. There’s ample tables and seating and there’s a parking structure conveniently less than a block away. Great joint, Santa Paula Steak And Hoagie! I’ll definitely be back.
