Wonderful aromas greet you when you walk in this quaint take-out and catering company who brings home-made Italian taste to Waikapu. Classic dishes like baked ziti or spaghetti with carbonara or marinara are easy choices or try the short rib cannelloni for a savory saucy dish. Meals are single serving with salad and bread or family style to feed more. Also have hoagies, panini, or pizza by the slice. Prices are affordable and staff is friendly.

We decided to stop by Maui Pasta Company on the recommendation of one of the local farmers and boy did we ever hit the jackpot! The help was friendly, wonderful extensive menu and pricing reasonable. But the best part of the experience was the fresh, homemade, tasty pasta dishes. We have all traveled extensively through Italy and none of us have tasted anything as amazing as their Lasagne Bolognese. OUT OF THIS WORLD!! You can tell this chef cooks with passion because it came through with every bite. We will be sure to make this a stop on our annual visit to Maui!!
