Broken record, did not get our complete order even after the staff member read it back and received a tip. Then called in to advise them of the issue, they asked if we could return and pickup their mistake. Advised them they could deliver their mistake, once they found out we were five miles out of town they just hung up. So I hear often Spencer needs this or that restaurant, no Spencer just needs to know how to do the ones they have correctly. Oh we are short staffed, so lack of accountability is okay? Managers you need to learn how to leed and make staff accountable or you won’t have to worry about customer’s opinions as you won’t have them to get opinions.

hadn’t eaten at godfathers for years. today 05/08/23 i ordered a small humble pie pizza about 1:30 to go. pizza was tasteless with too much sauce. cost $17.70 for a small. ate one piece rest went to the garbage. just typical of the take out food available in spencer. highest priced and worst pizza i’ve ever bought here.

We haven’t been to Godfathers on a long time. We had a class reunion get together with all the people that planned the major event. It was a lot of fun and the pizza and service was terrific. The food with the variety between all of us was very good. The service was terrific and they were very helpful in everything that was asked of them. Well done. Thank you guys. Took grandson to bathroom came back and our table had been cleared. Lost 1/2 order of cheese breadsicks and both of our 1/2 personal pan pizzas. All I was told is I’m so sorry and no replacement of food that was thrown away.

Great pizza every time! Some night when sponsoring a club pizza might take a bit longer. But willing to wait as that doesn’t happen very time and they are for great community clubs. Keep up the great work and get some back in the Mankato/St Peter area as well!
