I was notified of the Tuesday $12 pizza special so I swung by this location last night. It was 7:45pm and the store’s posted hours say closing at 8pm. Two young men were in there and they had already completely shut the store down. There were no ingredients out, the lights were out, and they were mopping the floor. I went inside and they said they were only there for pickup for people that had ordered online. I said you close at 8pm and one guy just said sorry. Considering there are other options in town, I don’t think I’ll go back here.

This place has really good pizza for a fair price. Very consistent and I’ve never got a “bad one”. People are always friendly and service is fast. I go back often because they have a military discount… Thanks for that guys!!

For the 2nd time no one answered the phone after an hour of trying. Went in at 7:30pm. The guy told me they put everything away & were getting ready to close. I said you still have half an hour before closing. He said he was sorry again but everything had been put away & they were only doing online orders. This is the 2nd time in less than a month that they were closing at 7:30! We frequent this place often but no longer! They don’t answer the phone & they close early. Unbelievable!

Usually pizzas are well made at this location, but was disappointed with this one. They seem to have skimped on the toppings, enough cheese to cover surface of pizza, and more than trace amounts of chicken would be nice.

We have been Papa Murphy’s customers for at least 17 years. Last night I called in an order for my “usual,” large original crust, garden veggie with no green peppers or onions, and requested the addition of spinach and extra topping cheese. When we got it home to bake it, there was virtually no cheese on it, let alone topping cheese. We are extremely disappointed, and are seriously considering not patronizing Papa Murphy’s again. Got there at 740 tonight and they had already closed. Door and app both say 8. Not the first poor customer experience here either. From staff bringing small children to work to just poor customer handling. Will I return yes but will make sure it’s 2 or 3 hours before their posted close hour.

Usually have no problem with this location but yesterday I went in and there was a baby in a play pin behind the counter. There has to be a violation there. And I ordered two pizzas one was correct the other should have been a chicken bacon ranch. I don’t know what sauce they used but it was gross and it was cover in so many onions that is all you could taste. This pizza is not supposed to have onions… it comes with tomatoes and didn’t even have one. VERY DISAPPOINTEDA!!!!
