Best experience I ever had. Today Uber eat delivery mess up my order. I was so frustrated I called to complain. Philips the manager handled it so well! Even though it was not their mistake, it was Uber mistake. He gave me a new pizza. I apologies about my behavior, and I still feel bad about it. Two Toned
This store has definitely gone downhill. I went to pick up an order I created online. The guy at the front was on the phone and kept his head down and didn’t greet anyone. Then a guy a who was making pizzas came to the front and instead of greeting anyone he proceeds to walk to the drink machine and grabs a drink and opens it. Turns around and walks in the back while drinking it. A female employee walks up to the front and starts talking to the guy on the phone (again, without acknowleding anyone). She then walks off. The guy on the phone gets puts the phone down and starts talking to the other employees. When he finishes talking he told me he would be right with me (about 7 minutes without being acknowledged by anyone). The whole time, I can see my order waiting to be handed to me.

The food was good. However the customer service was HORRIBLE. I ordered extra ranch and seasonings. I realized when I got out to my car that I had none. I walked back in and the woman. Said “yeah” with and attitude. I told her I didn’t receive any of my extras and again. With an attitude she said yea you did they are in the boxes. I told her I already checked them and there was nothing in there. She rudely asked what I was missing and I told her the ranch and seasonings. She rolled her eyes and walked away. When she handed me the bag it was like I inconvenienced her whole day. Do better people . If you don’t like your job then find a new one. I will NEVER go back to that papa John’s and I love papa John’s. Sad really!!

Never will order from this location again. Placed an order through the app, got charged but never received confirmation of the order. Husband arrived to pick up and told they did not have the order. Replaced the order with an estimated 10-20 min wait. 20 min later still no pizza. He waited another 20 min and then received the wrong order but was tired of waiting and starving so he just left with it.

Place is trash. Delivery took forever and they delivered the wrong order. Called them up to talk to someone and you get some sorta call center to place a new order(only), so good luck getting anyone on the phone to fix it. There needs to be a zero star option. F this place

Ordered their 3 topping large pizza (i upgraded to stuffed crust for an extra $) and 2 20oz soda deal and got a large pepperoni pizza, regular crust with the world’s flatest bread sticks and a 2 liter that wasn’t the flavor I ordered. No help from the resturant when I called. I wasn’t even upset until the guy I was speaking to told me “so what’s the big deal?” For me, It’s not that “I got more than I ordered for less” its that I waited over an hour for an order that wasn’t even mine. So whoevers meal I got i am so terribly sorry but I hope whoever got mine enjoyed it at least. I really wish they would put a dominos or little Cesar’s closer.
