We enjoy this rapidly developing part of downtown SLO. The food choices here are very diverse and excellent. The other shopping spots are also nice but tend to come and go. We like having an area like this closer to the edge of downtown because it feels less impacted by holiday and weekend crowds. Parking nearby is sometimes a challenge but the new parking garage being constructed will help immensely.

I wish more towns had this! Really nice area with diverse and delicious dining options – from meals, to coffee, to dessert. Everyone in your group can find something they like for a picnic at the tables in a tree-shaded area. Great food and great atmosphere.
