Went today and went inside because we had a trailer on our truck and didn’t want to go through the drive thru to be safe. (I went into the jolly anyway for a monster energy) tried to do a one trip thing because duh. The lady that came up to the counter said the counter was closed because there was only 2 people working and it was super busy. No one was in the drive thru line or inside so I don’t be they were actually busy. She told me to go through the drive thru and had a bad attitude even then. I wanted one thing and they couldn’t make it at the counter quick? Sounds like they didn’t want a sale to me. Won’t be going back to the location (not that they care anyway)

So as always I get hashbrowns for my boy. 70% of the time One or Two are hard simply because they are reheated but when you ask for hashbrowns and the whole bags is burnt,reheated hashbrowns which are so hard they are not edible this is a problem. But as always nothing will be done. So in the future I will check the hashbrowns and if any are reheated and hard I will ask for a whole new bag regardless of how many people are behind me. Get it right the first time and stop messing up the basics. SO its the next day and we just went to get the usual and was handed burnt overcooked hashbrowns again, handed them back for a new bag of hashbrowns, said a few things that were probably ignored and got a new bag of hashbrowns.
