It was a definite great price for their salad and pizza bar. The food was fresh everytime I went to get a new serving, they even made sure I got some cheese for my salad, customer service the gentlemen had in the front was perfect and he made sure we got everything we needed. I just didn’t like that every table around me was dirty and the lady would mop the floor where it was obviously the most traffic of kids and others walking to the soda machine. I could of just came at the time they needed to mop but it was very inconvenient to get back and forth to my table. Same with others.

No variety of pizza. Food looked old. The majority of tables were dirty. Pizza sauce on the walls. Server didn’t come pick up our used plates for more than half an hour. Front desk kids are constantly on their phones. Pizza dough raw. Water came out dark brown at first. Will not be coming back EVER AGAIN. DO NOT COME HERE

Food was great no problem there, but service was terrible. When we first walked in no one was at the register finally someone came, then I asked for a Supreme to be made, girl rolled her eyes then they made it wrong. The boy and girl making the pizzas were flirting more than working, practically all over each other instead of working and taking care of customers. I guess that’s why I haven’t been here In a while and probably never going back!!

The whole place is dirty windows, doors, soda dispenser. Employees no longer take pride in their job. Back then everyone happily greeted you as you came in and left all that is gone. Sad.

The food was good. The only thing I can see is that this location doesn’t greet you anymore when you come in or leave they don’t say nothing. Use to when you came in the staff would say welcome to Cicis. Then when you leave they would say thanks come back. They don’t do this at this location.

I seriously drive to this location because the food is just always good …the other cicis pizza’s is just horrible ! The alfredo sauce is thick and not watery … i always request my own and never have a problem when coming here!

I was serious thinking about the way Cicis works today. You pay for a buffet and other places have a “what you see is what you get” mentality. Not Cicis. In the time I was here they cooked multiple specialty pizzas a la carte and I was able to observe the satisfaction of each one of those customers including myself that they got to eat what they wanted, not only what cicis decided to throw on the self serve bar. That dynamic is something I have never experienced in a buffet setting in any genre of food. I have been dining at cicis for many years and since the day of my first bite about 20 to 25 years ago till today its still the same.
