Visited this place a few times and it never disappoints, the service is quick. The food is Fresh and HOT, they bring it to your table. We spent more time going hummmm delicious than talking about anything, I usually get the Sin City burger seriously check it out for your self. It is hard to find a decent burger place in the DMV but here is one that won’t disappoint you at all. Enjoy. I get the double cheeseburger with Onion rings fried egg and cheese, fries and drink for two is around $27.00 but it is worth it.

Everything I go here they mess up my burger so I think it’s OK sometimes people forget. But it has gotten to the point where the last 8 times I’ve been there they have always messed up my order and last night was the tipping point. Every time I notice toppings missing I have to go back and they give it you a topping on the side and that’s exactly what they offered me to do give me bacon on the side when I wanted bacon IN my burger. I asked to redo my burger then the waited Jordan came to my table outside and said it would take 15 to 20 mins and I told him OK I’ll finish my burger in the meantime and after 30 mins I go back to the register and ask if my burgers were ready the person at the register told me they didn’t know what my order was (the same person who rung me up and even pulled up my order to see if I had bacon in my first order) then I had to reorder and it took them another 15 mins to get my order and when I got home to see if the order was right yet again they messed up my order. The excuse and attitude at this restaurant is unacceptable as other restaurants are just as or even busier than this and they do not get it wrong at least not these many times. I have pics to prove they messed up my bacon on the first and second they missed my spicy chipotle even though it says on the receipt. In total it took me 1 hour 15 mins and they got my orders wrong both times.

All depends on who is working, that will completely dictate your experience with the chain. First time in as a traveler to the area was great, wish I could remember the young ladies name. Next several times in have been terrible service, the staff can range from acting like hood rats to flat out do not care. Pictured below is the biggest smart ass I’ve met at the chain so far, will not be back with her attitude. I wish her the best in finding employment she enjoys in her future.

Smash Burgers are always great. This location does not disappoint. Great location, easy to find. Service was friendly, professional, and fast. Atmosphere was good; we stayed and chatted at our table for more than an hour and felt very comfortable. Will go back.

The staff here were so friendly and efficient. Our food was perfect. The sides were great! Highly recommend the burger and the smash fries with truffle oil (yummmm) for those seeking a hot fresh casual burger with tasty sides in the $10-14 range. Can’t beat it! Was my first experience with this chain and I went back for seconds 2 days later!

Really really good burgers and fries. Their smash fries have rosemary and are so good they don’t need ketchup, but be sure to specify “smash fries”, their regular fries are good too, just not as good as the smash fries. The chicken sandwiches are really good too. It’s a bit disappointing that they no longer serve some of their most interesting sandwiches, but the basic menu is still good. I tried ordering online, but the customizations were very limited, you may have to order in store for simple things like “add bacon” and “no cheese”.

Ate here twice and almost 3 times this past weekend. I had never had Smashburger before and now I’m missing it. Really great burgers, great selection of toppings. If it wouldn’t kill me before I’m 30, I’d try every combination. It was a bit slow the second time we went but it was also 12:30 on a Saturday and it was packed. Worth the wait though.
