Very nice Domino’s Pizza location. Staff was beyond helpful and friendly. This felt like one of the larger chains I have ever been to. Nice kitchen, a spot for the kids to view the pizza being made, a fireplace, multiple dine in options, clean bathrooms, chalk wall, and historic pictures.

Went to place a carry out order and it said masks required. It’s been proven masks don’t work and it’s literally April 2023. If they are this stupid just imagine them trying to make your food.

Took almost 2 hours to get our order and it was missing items. Called to inform them and that we were upset for a two hour wait when the order number said 30-40 min. Spencer hung up on us and told us that there was nothing he could do about it because he was having his driver go as fast as possible. Absolutely rude, and terrible customer service! That poor driver! To top it off, the poor driver brought us our missing items and they were the wrong ones. Won’t be ordering from this store again until they get better management. Don’t even want to give them a 1 star.

The last two times I’ve ordered it has been a two hour wait. The first time I called the supposed “manager” was very rude. The second time this happened I called again and asked when I would receive my order and the employee told me he had no clue. Order a day in advance I guess if you don’t want to wait.

The last three orders have taken over an hour and a half to get a single pizza. The last order I am waiting on currently, the time keeps getting bumped from 60 minutes and now up to 90 minutes?! That’s ridiculous. Won’t order again.

Placed my order. Said the delivery driver was in my neighborhood I wanted another 1hr at this point it’s been 2 hrs waiting for my pizza. I never received my order and the delivery track said complete. While I sit with no food and out the money!
