Last time we tried to order from your restaurant, the person answering your phones was more interested in arguing with whomever was behind the counter with her, then I gave up after being on hold for close to 10 minutes.Gave it another shot tonight, and whomever answered your phone was not friendly at all, I had to ask if I was even calling the right place…placed my order and was told an hour before delivery. Understandable.

Ordered a pizza on the phone, went to pick up the pie and they had no record of the order. I thought maybe my husband called the wrong number, he called again while i waited in my car. The young woman said oh we can start a new ticket. I walked inside snd was told its almost done. I sat patiently for 30 minutes, no apology no acknowledgement of error. While paying I asked if I made an error in ordering that caused the problem and the older wan said gruffly “what problem?, you have your pizza all us good”. After 1.25 hours for a pizza with no apology, no niceness- Not happy

This place used to be amazing. Loved their square pies but the quality, consistency, and price have gotten ridiculous. $3+ a topping and nothing to show for it. That’s supposed to be pepperoni and onion. Barely any onions – this isn’t a $25 pizza. The chicken parm was eh. And charging $3 for that tiny side of vodka sauce is criminal. Also they don’t understand how rolls work. Every time I order one it’s different. Avoid the pepperoni roll – there’s no pepperoni in it. And their drunken chicken roll is not worth $12.50. It’s like half a cutlet. I’ll say it again – I love their taste and Luigi’s in general, but the price, consistency, and quality has fallen.

We have been ordering from Luigi’s every Friday for the past couple of months. At first, every pie was fantastic and cooked to order. The last month has been terrible. Last two weeks it took 2 hours to deliver our pizza, meanwhile both times we still tipped more then 20%.

I order a grilled chicken sandwich with sun-dried tomatoes, spinach provolone cheese on semolina bread and was very sick after I ate it was throwing up all night. Be careful what you order I’m a loyal customer and I was very disappointed the last few times I ordered from here.

so my family has been ordering from Luigi’s for years. Our last order was called in and my debit card was taken over the phone but the kid , who was new, accidentally put the number in wrong he then said to hold on and he was going to ask his superior to reput the number in . Well the phone was still on and his senior said “ just tell her , her card doesn’t work”. I bit my tongue but because the kid working was so kind to me prior I kept my order, the senior man then took my card number again and wow. Shocker …it worked. That left a bad taste in all of our mouths. Today ordered again and simply asked for extra vodka sauce on the side for a sub ( bc it’s never enough sauce) and while they absolutely charged for it …it didn’t make it here. Sauceless subs are never tasty

Mama mia!! Luigi’s Famous Pizza’s chicken bacon ranch pizza is to DIE for! The Buffalo chicken pizza literally took a pizza my heart! Can’t go wrong with their pepperoni! Wash it down with a cherry pepsi! I love you Luigi’s.
