Food was cold. Service was fine but they made the quesadilla on a dirty tray. Restaurant was filthy. No other customers in the place but every table was dirty. Had to wipe off table and seats with napkins however they were still sticky. Garbages also full. Would not recommend. Go to the grocery store and make your own food.

The past few times, I’ve been here the experience of ordering the food here has not been the best. This time, the young lady helping me had to have been high because she forgot my order, her eyes were bloodshot, and forgot the sides I ordered as well. When I was paying for it. I asked for my chips with my nachos. And she replied “these are nachos??” I’ve had experiences like this in the past at this location. Not to mention the cleanliness of the place is not the best. I thought it would be different this time around. I was wrong. I like to go to Qdoba just at other locations like in Dickinson or Minot. Going forward I will return to order from Pancheros.

This location unfortunately never really seemed to recover after covid. It is so hit or miss each time I come in. One day the service and food are great, the next half the workers are not working, some are in their pajamas, and they’re out of almost everything. The one consistent is that this location is ALWAYS dirty with sticky floors and tables

It actually it was a really good experience there’s two younger guys that only work one day a week and it was pretty hilarious to watch them work as fast as they could because it reminded me of when I was in fast-food of how hard we had to work. It was good food in a good they were a little goofy

It’s QDOBA, nothing much to write home about, except we were here on a very cold January day here in Bismarck, ND and it was like they were against turning up the heat. The dining room was cold temperature wise.
