Don’t order pizza from here. I put an order in for a pizza, came to the store and had to wait an additional 40 mins. Was told my pizza wasn’t ready but I could see my medium pizza on top the stove in the box. Alright so I wait some more. Another customer that ordered after me comes in and their order is “READY” and they hand them my pizza. Wait another 10 mins then I’m told your pizza is ready but it’s a large box so ok. I get home and sure enough it’s NOT my pizza. I should be happy getting a large over a medium but nope not here. $13.99 for a large pepperoni but I paid a little over 16 for mine with the extra toppings. If I knew it would take that long and they would just mess it up anyway I could have drove 8 mins down the road to a real pizza place. Last time I buy gas station BS

I am one to notice all things both good and bad. Casey’s convenience in Jackson Center Ohio has afforded me afforded me a lot of one and not much of the other. However, my visit this morning at roughly 6 AM was delightful. I was lucky enough to have the dry sarcsastic humor of Ms. Susan, the laughter and enthusiasm of Ms. DEE DEE, And a clear view of the hard working Samantha and a colleague working diligently in the back room. It was obvious today there are those today who still take pride in what they are doing and providing great smiles in customer satisfaction. I give Casey’s a solid 4 stars for today’s effort! I give the wonderful ladies and one gentleman that made the experience nice All 5 STARS! ⭐️⭐️✨️

Stopped for gas and drinks —- left. The place is not open. Pumps are down and it’s closed on the inside. Several cars came in and out – with the same reactions-left the lot. Marathon across the street is open.

Told us they couldn’t sell any food or ice cream because a Boil Advisory.. We have been here multiple times before and no problems before except the ice cream machine. Love their soft serve ice cream, but driving there for that isn’t always a guarantee to get ice cream
