I went through the drive thru and had 3 different people over the span of 10 mins ask me for my order at the speaker then say 1 second… and disappear. I was thinking maybe they are understaffed so I was patient. I finally order and get to the window and see 7+ people working inside. Fast and friendly service whether it’s an order at the counter or drive-thru window. Food is not sitting under warming lights and made fresh. The restaurant and bathroom inside are kept clean as well as the large parking lot. Very busy on weekends as expected, but quieter on weekdays, particularly during breakfast hours.

The people that work here are absolutely incompetent. Many times i have been to this burger king and they always screw up every time. You pull up to the drive through, guy asks if you want cheese or no cheese, i had to make it very clear to him that i wanted no cheese on my burger, he said ok, no problem. I go to pick up my order and of course it has cheese. All the sandwiches here are premade and have been sitting and not made to order. Not once or twice but at least 6 times they have made this mistake
