Once again $20 in fries and tots are way undercooked and can’t be eaten. I figured the first time it was an accident or they had a new person on the fryer that didn’t know what they were doing. Apparently their kitchen staff don’t know what it means to completely cook the food and then strain the oil out of the fried food. When the oil soaks through the container and bag then soaks the customers seat, you have a severe problem.

I previously left 5 star review for this location however I am forced to take 4 stars away due to waiting 15 minutes for a single grilled cheese and a small cheese stick For my daughter who is 2 years old, it was her dinner. The place was not busy at all and they did not Apologize or give any consideration or complimentary anything to do to this poor service. We asked to speak to a manager and he was speaking on the intercom and then just turned it off then took my $10 bill and took another couple minutes to bring me change back, The place was empty and nobody was here at all but us so there was no rush.

Food was ready on time and the correct food ordered via phone app BUT the tater tots, fries and corn dogs were severely undercooked. Tots and fries were pale and dripping with grease (soaked through the bag) and there was raw batter inside the corn dogs. Burgers seemed to be cooked throughout. We called the manager and she said she would replace them.

The grilled cheese burger is so amazing..this is our 3rd time getting it in less than 2 weeks.. Our food was hot and super fresh, our service was fast and friendly. And we must not be the only ones in love with sonic, cuz the parking lot was slam packed, we got 1 of the 2 spaces left and it was after 8 pm on a weekday.. If I could give 10 Stars I would.. Sorry about the pic but I couldn’t wait to eat to get a pic, this is so good, we ate it right away and the onion rings were already gone.

Ordered a double bacon cheeseburger through the app and even says on the receipt double bacon cheeseburger and what do I get a single patty with cheese loaded when I requested nothing but mustard and pickles on a double bacon cheeseburger this is the third time and the last three weeks this is happened. Also I’m really sick and tired of it pop up on the board that so-and-so is on their way with your food and then 5 to 10 minutes later they bring it out someone really needs to be a manager and manage their people because apparently all the young kids working there are spending more time gossiping instead of doing their job

I don’t know what’s going on at this Sonic location but they continue to fall short on serving their customers. The last 2 limeades I ordered have tasted absolutely horrible. The wait time is absolutely insane and they NEVER get my order right. Today I ordered a blackberry sweet tea and they give me a regular but charged me for the blackberry. Ordered a large order of mozzarella stick and they gave me a small. Those are not the reasons I’m leaving a review though. It was the nasty and hateful attitude of the girl taking my order. I have never dealt with such a hateful person. Whoever it was definitely doesn’t need to be working with the public. It was around 4pm on 7/23/22.
