I learned about this restaurant about a month ago. (Kansas City, Kansas location) I immediately fell in love with the chicken, and I order from there at least once a week. In addition to the food, the staff is always friendly and service is great. I have recommended this restaurant to my family, and they all agree with me. In addition to chicken and fish, they also offer a large variety of sides and desserts.

We tried the perch filets, and they did not disappoint! They were fried to a golden brown and gently dusted with seasoning. I have tried their chicken tenders twice before and started eating them on the drive home they were so good.

I was really happy w this place until my 3rd visit. I got my usual wing meal but noticed that they had been marinated in hot sauce to cover up the old chicken smell. At first bite I noticed the hot sauce. Then, when I started inspecting my wings I noticed the smell.This place is no better than J’s Fish and Chicken. Never going back.

We had the Perch, shrimp and fries. The shrimp was seasoned with the local, lemon pepper flavor seasoning taste which was ok. The fries have a nice taste as well. The Perch was another thing, all by itself. While Madd Jacks has a inhouse seasoning, that has a taste I’ve always enjoyed, Luna’s Perch has a taste of its on. They must season the Perch with a seasoning you can’t purchase in any nearby stores. None of the seasoning has a seasoning taste to it, which sets Luna’s apart. The dipping hot sauce has a taste the awakens your taste buds and for the Perch it’s a game changer. Next time we look forward to trying the Whiting and give reviews on it. Blessing for a growing business to Luna’s.
