Absolutely avoid if you don’t have a minimum of 20 minutes to wait in the drive through while the 2 cars in front of you are served. Do yourself a favor and drive a mile down the road, sit through 4 lights, get a coffee at the Wawa and double back. It’s much much much faster.

I wish I could give 0 stars. This Dunkin SUCKS. This is my second time coming here. The first time, they didn’t have basically anything in my order so I got all substitutes. This time – no coolata machine so couldn’t get my drink… took 10 minutes just to get my order THEN was told to pull to front to wait for my bagel. After another 5 minutes I walked inside myself and the girl said she forgot completely. She made it in front of me while the other girls were sitting around chatting. The staff is slow, careless, and need to go back to high school.

They knew better so they did better. Haaaaa! They just reopened and the service is amazing. The manager, Franchesca, is sweet; she was so kind and made sure to let me know what was missing in my order. Clear communication, good leadership. This is the start of a new beginning for south side Dunkin 🙂

Worst Dunkin’ ever. Staff is rude, and they mess up every time I go here. I ordered a shamrock macchiato and got a white cream mess of a drink. They can’t make any type of speciality drink on the menu. The bagel I got was a hard hockey puck, literally made my gums bleed. DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY.

I typically come to this Dunkin because it is close to home, but they somehow always manage to mess up a simple order. The staff are friendly people, but they do not seem to have it together. I’ve explained several times that I do not want the swirl, creamer, or sweetener in my coffee and they will tell me there isn’t any, when clearly my coffee has creamer and/or sweetener in it. I’ve also had them forget to add espresso to my coffee. I don’t typically write bad reviews, but this has been multiple occurrences. I will probably end up going to another location.
