This place I’ve driven by 20 times and always curious. The menu is large and has all typical food of Caribbean islands offerings. We tried several sides and enjoyed them all. Our favorite being the fried ripe plantains and yucca both were cooked to perfection!

I don’t care how busy it gets in the building. The workers NEVER acknowledge you. It could be only you in line, 3 workers behind the counter and you still have to wait, while you stand there like a fly on the wall, uninterrupted.

Terrible dry food that they sell to people even near closing. Look at the whole Chicken they sold me and they closed up the bag real tight so I couldn’t see the food before I went into the car. What was sad is they know this was for my 4 year old son!!!! I spent 36$ on chicken, a piece of fried Turkey which I thought was chicken, rice, 2 empanadas, and drinks!!!!! That is craziness especially since the food looked like this!!!!

Honestly this place is awful. The food we bought today was from yesterday and in top of that the lady set a price and then didn’t even return my change stating that she had giving it to me before “BS” I just don’t like arguing so we left.

Tried to charge me $10 for 2 pastels, this is at almost closing time. Food here is rarely fresh here. Do yourself a favor and take a ride to Lawrence, where the food is way better! They also have no customer service skills!
