Giving them 1 star because I can’t give them any less. This is the worst Hardee’s I have ever been to. The cashier and the lady bagging the orders were extremely rude. We waited for our food for about 10 to 15 minutes and the food was cold! Both burgers and fries! You’d expect the food to be hot if having to wait a while. Will not be returning to this location!

I ordered a simple double cheeseburger with only ketchup and onions, and received a single cheeseburger. The meat patty was not fresh. I went back in to ask for a new burger. Waited about 5 minutes and when I got the new burger the meat patties were again cold and dry.

Drive thru service is beyond unprofessional! I could hear their whole conversation among each other while being put on hold to wait to place my order! When trying to place my order lady at the drive through was ignorant and kept yelling she couldn’t “understand what I was saying” then yelled “bye I’m done with this bs” yeah I won’t be wasting my time or money or here again! I’m a regular customer but it’s been twice already and this time would have been the third time the lady at the drive through seem to always have an attitude. When being ringed up she will snatch the the debit card! Today’s visit 5/11/23 @12:10pm I would understand if they had a line of customers yet I was that the only car in the car rider line.

Cook very unprofessional when making changes. The whole store can hear her mouth about not putting butter on the biscuits because of changes to your order. And the whole staff crew laughs not even using customer service correctly even when customer is standing at the counter. Very unprofessional and poor in service.Losing customers for not being professional. Down to your the other cooking being Sarcastic by yelling out the door have a nice day and laugh out loud.
