Went in after lunch around 3:30pm on a Tue and it was perfect. No line, great customer service and food was fresh and delicious! Large portions so we brought some home for later. We ate here yesterday and had to come back the next day for more. Wife had French dip, and I had the King Club. Yesterday I had the regular club.

Food was fine, but it took 40 mins before we got it. When it did arrive, they had the wrong order at first. Got the spicy turkey melt. Avocados were definitely old and the ends of my bread were burnt. Tasted fine otherwise. Went to get a refill and we were ignored for 5 mins by two employees that weren’t busy until one finished taking an order and then helped us. Food was good but I won’t be returning

We were here for a quick lunch on a Sunday afternoon and we were appalled by the unbearable service lazy and rude. Food quality was unbeatable as we had a fly swimming in our lemonade ice tea. When reported we were told they are short staffed pls beware of this place.

Had lunch with my mom at the Franklin Road location. My mom is kind of particular when it comes to Ruben sandwiches. So she expressed a bit of disappointment when she realized her bread wasn’t grilled. (It was toasted.) She took the sandwich anyhow & we started eating. Then about 5 minutes later, the (very generous) manager Chris surprised her with a half Ruben that he grilled just to make her happier with the experience. It was an unexpected gesture & we really appreciated that he went above & beyond to ensure that we enjoyed our meal. Excellent/outstanding customer service!!!

I’ve eaten here a number of times and the service has always been friendly and quick, the food tasty, and the prices reasonable. Weekday lunch time it can get very busy, but it’s still quite quick with your food. Flexible menu options like half salad/half sandwich also. I’ve heard the giant spuds are awesome, but I can’t eat here and not get the Orange Cranberry club (pictured).

I used to love their food – pre pandemic. This was our first visit since Covid. The food was subpar. Definitely not the same and I was not impressed at all. We ended up leaving unsatisfied. Not sure what the issue is, but this was just not the same. It made me sad to be honest.
