If I could give the zero stars, I definitely would. I ordered a large classic cheese steak tonight. Instead, I received 2 medium-sized dry sandwiches. But I was still charged for the large. Only came with dry meat that tasted like cardboard, onions, and a little bit of cheese. There are so many ingredients missing, and I did not make any modifications. Once I got home to eat my sandwich, I saw it and was going to call them. I realized they were closed. I’m guessing they were in a rush to get off, so they gave this nasty sandwich.

Avoid this place it’s worth the drive to go to another capriottis. They wrap the sandwiches so they are upside down and the oil and vinegar leaks all over the bread and paper causing you sandwich to be wet and soggy. I ordered a slaw be Joe and got a regular roast beef covered in mayo. They didn’t even cut into the bread all the way just laid the meat and topping on top of a tiny cut. Our large Italian was soaked and wet from improper wrapping. The lights in the place we’re all off besides the ones behind the counter. The only good thing was the polite and professional woman behind the counter wish I knew her name. Great job for being polite and inviting the rest of this experience was horrible.

I would avoid this place if I were you. I’ve been to other capriottis locations and this one is consistently just gross. Someone needs to check up on this location and look at the reviews lol. Place is dirty and clearly not cleaned by the teenage staff. I’m in a hurry so I ordered a half sub just classic Italian. After they served two large subs to the lady that ordered after me I stood up and looked behind the counter to see 4 dudes just talking/chillin. This is Southern Highlands, lots of people with money around this area that would love to go a lot more if it wasn’t so bad. This is why I just go to Jimmy Johns if I want a sub. Garbage.

Staff were friendly but the turkey sandwich was dry as the mojave and filled with way too much shredded turkey such that its pretty much impossible to get a bite of turkey and stuffing at the same time. Messy presentation & massive waste of paper. Im going back to subway.

I live in Southern Highlands and hardly ever go here. If you are in the area, I highly recommend taking your business to either of the 2 nearest Cappriotti’s locations (Blue Diamond/Decatur or LV BLVD/Silverado). Both of these stores, although slightly father, are far superior in terms of food quality, service and cleanliness! The location in Southern Highlands is in DESPERATE need of help, making my family and I regret the choice not to go the extra mile down the road each and every time. Made the mistake of giving them another chance recently and my Wagyu Cheesesteak was SOAKED with grease that ran right through the 2 wrappers leaving the bag (and all other sandwiches inside) dripping in grease..

Huge sandwiches and salads at a reasonable price. The owner was a fantastic host who got in there and made food along side his staff. Highly recommended!!

The food quality at this location has gone downhill over the past few months. The service is bad. I waited for over 20 minutes for my sub and I was their only customer. Staff in the back of the restaurant are lounging around on their phones. I love capriottis but this location is in DESPERATE need of a decent manager.

I generally really like Capriotti’s. It was a great benefit of moving to Las Vegas to have such a great local chain. Unfortunately, after a year and a half of living here and having eaten a lot of sandwiches at the two locations closest to my house, this one just hit wrong. I ordered double meat and I’m fairly certain that I did not get this even though I paid for it. The restaurant was fine and the workers helpful but I think I may have been given double cheese rather than double meat and it kind of upset my stomach. I still love Capriotti’s but I’ll probably avoid this location going forward.

The service and the quality of food really did improve here. Hope to not change this review in the future.

If I could give no stars, I would. This is THE slowest location I’ve ever been to. I ordered two cold sandwiches and a salad. There was nobody else in the restaurant so I assumed it would take the average 5-10 min to make. No. It took well over 30 min to make our food. Not only that but 4 other customers came in AFTER us and placed orders and got their food well before us. After Finally receiving our food, the sandwiches were terrible. Got 2 cole turkey and they were so over peppered and dry that they were inedible. Not only that, the Cobb salad had the shredded turkey when they have never used it before, they always use the deli turkey as described and pictured. Overall horrible experience and would not suggest coming here. There’s a reason it has such low ratings. Go to a different location or skip it. Definitely not worth it.
