Slowest service ever. Stood in line for ages – don’t come if you’re in a hurry. They need more than 2 people working during lunch hours. Then the 2nd lady disappeared and it was just 1 lady making the bowls and manning the register. 2 people in line behind me left because of the wait. I was happy to finally get my food 20 minutes after standing in line but the tables and windows were all dirty. This location is seriously understaffed and I feel bad for the workers.

food is good and employees are nice. My kid eats here with his mom when she has custody. I always hear great things from his mom about the food and she always suggests i come here with my son. Today I came in and I understood why they like it so much. Friendly employees and great food make this an excellent spot for lunch or dinner

Hands down THE place to go for a good meal in this area. The environment is great.. friendly staff, clean restaurant and very well lit. Crystal was knowledgeable when it came to helping me make a decision on what to try for my first visit. I’m definitely going back soon! I love the food at Cava and generally don’t do reviews unless I can give 5 stars but enough is enough with the online orders being late. I use multiple locations for personal and catering and it is almost always late. Other people are also sitting around and you can tell their annoyed so I’m guessing they feel the same way. Please adhere to the time frame you predict the food to be ready. This seems to be a company wide issue and not specific to one location.

One of my friends told me about CAVA and they didn’t miss with this one. The food was amazing and I loved how vibrant the bowl looked. I got the Harissa Avocado bowl and the staff did not go light on loading up my plate.The person who took our order, Tess, was incredibly friendly and the rest of the staff were very accommodating to my dietary restrictions. 10/10 would recommend to anyone!
