I stopped by here at 10:00 pm. I asked for a few cheese sliders, and I’m not sure what I paid for, because they sure weren’t anything edible. The buns were so soggy that they turned to mush the second I tried to get them out of the container and they were sticking to the sides. I took one bite and I couldn’t eat any of it because it tasted as if someone threw the cheeseburgers in a blender and served it as is. All of them were like this. Not just one. To top it off, they didn’t give me a receipt, I was on a time crunch, and I didn’t even see the food until I arrived to my destination, so I couldn’t even get my refund.

Made a mobile order, and went to pick it up. When arriving after sitting for quite some time I am told they are closed. So I asked why they’re online ordering was open , and how do I get a refund since I’m not getting my food. Her response was I don’t know. Very rude , unknowledgeable,and unhelpful. Paid for food I didn’t get so now I’m out the food and the money. I would give 0 stars of I could.

Manager has a bad attitude, when business got busy manager walked to the front and locked the door so no customers could come in. They do not care how they talk to customer, customer service was pathetic and food was absolutely disgusting. I’ll starve before I return here to eat!
