Spent over $30 for two meals. The food was old and cold. The fries were some of the worst I’ve ever experienced. The toast with my chicken strips was even stale. The drink machine has black gunk all over it. The cups we were given were dirty and damaged. The staff were not friendly and you could watch them wiping their faces and noses with their hands while prepping the food. I would not recommend eating here if you value cleanliness or fresh tasty food.

Had a free burger coupon for my birthday. I ordered 2 waters with it. I was told “we have to ring that up as a small ice cream cone.” So I had to pay $1 for WATER for my FREE meal. They didn’t tell the other girl working, so she brought out a small ice cream that we didn’t even get to keep. They just didn’t want to give food for free that was supposed to be free.

Not sure what happened to DQ in Bonham. The quality is going down. The last 3 plus times I been there, I have had to wait 20 minutes for our food. Today again 20 + minutes. When the employee brought our food, she had no clue where she was taking it so she started at park one ans started asking customers what they ordered. The burgers and fries are soggy like they sat in there 20 plus min. We now refuse to order onion rings because that adds anouther 10 min of sitting. When DQ open they had excellent fast service. Now they are fast to take your money and send you to park. After that you and your food is at their mercy. Waterburger coming soon. Thanks

Food sucks when we actually got it. There’s a total of 7 ppl in here and the drive thru was empty so it wasn’t busy but yet, it took 30 mins to get our food. The cashier Melodi was super sweet. She was the best part of the experience. She was the reason I gave 2 stars instead of 1. When we finally got our food, it had hair in it and our Large fry we were sharing was a size small. I paid for a lrg. Yall need some better cooks in the back. I didn’t even want any ice cream at that point. I’d rather take my chance at McDonald’s.
