I didn’t read the menu correctly and asked why my sandwich didn’t have lettuce and tomato. They explained the sandwich to me and quickly made me a new sandwich with lettuce and tomato even though it wasn’t supposed to have it originally. Very friendly and helpful, especially to someone who failed to read the menu. 😉

Would have liked olives on my sandwich, maybe I’m just weird like that. Our order was not correct, they gave us all the same sandwich and we each asked for a different kind of sandwich. Like all new businesses they have some kinks to work out. Great little place, business should do well.

The line was a little long so I ordered on the app while waiting in the drive thru line. They were great when I told them I already placed the order and it was waiting for me at the window. Very nice lady at the window and were quick to hand me my food at the window.

Hurricane location needs to change its slogan. Pulled up for dinner with 2 cars in front of me and it took 15 minutes. This was my 3rd time here and I ordered my usual, a beach club. Came with too much mayo and only 1 slice of turkey, and forgot my drink. Must have reduced amount of meat since opening day? And they didn’t remind me to enter my phone number so I didn’t get points. Probably gonna stick to the St George location.

The food is great (jimmy can never go wrong), really fast service and the drive thru has good flow. Really disappointed that they don’t deliver by the hurricane Walmart! There is so much growth on this side of town and we were so excited to have other options for delivering besides Pizza and McDonald’s from worst McDonald’s in US. Was really Sad when we got left out the map!!

The customer service is amazing! I ordered my food on the app and I accidently ordered the Cedar City location instead of Hurricane. When I went to pick up my food of course they didn’t have my order and I realized what I did. The manager called Cedar City right away and canceled my order and got a refund and the staff made my sandwich “Freaky Fast”. I felt like a valued customer and I’m sure glad that we have JJ’s here!
